This is a good game fun to play and easy to drive. you get a wide choice of cars and the graphics are good. Unfortunatly i think this is overshadowed by the Gran Turismo game. which has a wider selection of cars, better graphics, more tracks and more realistic. dont get me wrong NFS Shift is a great game and i not saying dont buy it, but i am saying in my opinion i think Gran Turismo is the better game. I have both of the games so i know.

  2. It arrived in the post today, I put it in my psp and haven’t turned my system off for five straight hours. I was a expecting the usual nfs psp game but the graphics hace improved cars are more realistic performance wise and this time you can do a proper dift with the e-brake without spinning off. My only disappointment is that multiplayer is only ad hoc and the menu options are a bit simple but that is a small price to pay for a great game.

  3. This game bears no resemblance whatsoever to the Xbox 360 and Ps3 games of the same name. There is no circuit racing at all (although the menu system is very much like a simplified Pro-street). the game is very much inner city racing and still implements the same features as earlier nfs games eg. speed camera races, checkpoint, sprints and races against a rival at the end of each series. what it does feature at it’s core is a solid racing experience with nice tap the ebrake drifty handling although very arcadey (think Juiced meets Midnight club). Theres no car selection or tuning this time as cars and tuning options are automatically obtained and installed as you progress, which might dissapoint some. Visuals are fine for the PSP, although car models are a little simplified. If you like arcade racing and want another mindless (old school) NfS fix this won’t dissapoint, Just dont expect anything like Shift.
