It’s just Sonic Adventure ported from the Dreamcast to the GameCube with some extra stuff, with the subtitle “DX -Director’s Cut-”. I’m sure the exact additions are available on Google.
Then please define “Directoer’s Cut” for me, because I thought it meant something that happened in between(so it was insignificant) two main games.

Hold on, hold on. Why did the little preview for Sonic Adventure for the Dreamcast look exactly like Sonic DX for Gamecube? Was DX just a remake of it?
2 DAYS AGO, WITHOUT ME KNOWING, I asked for my friend if I can check out his Game boy SP since i never bought one and as he comes back with it, he has a bag with a DREAMCAST inside of it and wanted to give it to me since he never used it. I cleaned and taken good care the fuck out of that thing!
