It is hard but fun I say.

I am seven years old and I got this game 2 months ago. It is very entertaining, I don’t get board playing with it- except for a long journey in the car, I usually get board with all games!! There are four characters: Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy and there are seven levels. I am only up to level six! There are two normal acts at each zone, first you have to start from the beginning each time you turn off until you finish a zone. When you finish a zone you can then select the act to play. After act 2 you fight a boss when you win you unlock the next zone and you can always go back and play any act but you can’t choose to fight the boss until you finish the game. With every person, you have to do all the story separately and every two bosses you get a new character but you have to fight the boss with Sonic to get a new character. Zone 1 is warm but Zone 2 is very hot, it is lava, zone 3 is very cold, icy, zone 4 is very windy because it is on a big flying machine with no roof and zone 6 is all in a big building so it doesn’t really have a weather and I am not up to zone 7 yet..

Sonic is back for a second round on the game boy advance improving on the original in some very interesting ways. The first improvement is the speed of the game, as you run through the levels at a steady pace you will suddenly gain a burst of speed and run full pelt until you reach an obstacle or slow down(This burst will look like breaking the sound barrier and happens quicker depending on the amount of rings you collect).
The graphics are slightly improved still with the same character sprites seen in the original but with more fluid animations. The environments are much more colourful and catch your eye more with moving backgrounds and little touches which sonic team are famous for.
Gameplay is one of the more noticable improvements with the ability to home in on enemies with a double jump (ala Sonic Adventure series) and the ability to perfrom tricks when ever you are ending a grind/spring etc, allowing you to reach higher places, do tactical manouvers or attack in mid flight.
Plus boss battles are different to the original since you have to constantly run after them to attack.
Sound and music are basically the same as every sonic game, but the music still doesn’t compare to the likes of sonic 2.
If your a Sonic fan, this game is a must and will probably be your greatest challenge yet, but i do recommend this game to any platform lovers out there who want a very long lasting fun game.

Sonic Advance 2 is a great game cause you get to go Tails and the new character Cream the Rabbit. The levels and graphics are exellent and my fav level is Music Plant with Tails.
The good thing about it too is you have to unlock Amy and get extra features. I have completed this game and I find it easy.
If you like Sonic and Tails you need to buy this game!!!!
