Nintendo as well as most game manufacturers stockpile their consoles during the summer months to prepare for the holiday seasons. Even though nintendo has been making 1.8 million units per month, they get snatched up as soon as they hit the shelves at local retailers. It seems to be a must to buy nintendo wii online if you want to snag one this year.
