A Sudoku book can fit in a shirt or hip pocket. You can stuff one in your purse. A Sudoku book gives you more room to pencil in candidates than say a typical newspaper printed version. They are a popular way to kill time in most any waiting situation.
If you prefer just one or two puzzles, print a page or two of a printable Sudoku puzzle found at many websites. Use a clipboard or even a magazine for some physical support and play Sudoku while you wait.
